I’ve only used IHH for parts, but I use them often, as I’m a technician in the field. Their prices are really competitive, and if I have any issues troubleshooting a unit, I just call them. Their guys walk me through cross referencing parts and everything.

I Heart Hottubs is going to be around for a long time. It’s hard to beat a company that deals with their customers in such an excellent manner. Great spas!

I Heart Hot Tubs……..Well, now I do, thanks to IHH’s bada** service and beautiful spas. Two of my neighbors have one too, now. They’re trying to keep up with the Phillips, and now they are doing a reasonable job.

I bought a replacement control pack for my aged spa, and it’s up and running like new. I did contact them for some programming help, and they were able to talk me through it in five minutes. Great technicians, great service.

We had a pump go out on the spa, which was still under warranty. They walked us through diagnosing the issue over the phone, and immediately shipped a brand new pump and a return label for the defective pump. Fastest warranty turnaround I’ve ever experienced. Great business practices.
